ASICS Gel-NYC Cream

The ASICS Gel-NYC Cream draws inspiration from contemporary and heritage models in the ASICS catalog. It boasts a neutral colorway with hits of metallic silver and earthy-brown accents.

The mixed-material upper borrows details from two retro sneakers from the 2000s: the Gel-Nimbus 3 and the Gel-MC Plus V. The mesh base comes in Cream with layers of overlays in Cream and metallic silver. The signature Formstripes also display Cream and create a web across the quarter panels. One of the most eye-catching design elements is the suede mudguard wrapping around the shoe. It features “ASICS” lettering and complements the beige tones on the midsole. Adding a modern element to the retro design, the tooling system comes from the Gel-Cumulus 16. Providing advanced cushioning, the midsole includes Gel inserts and soft foam.
